That is a wonderful looking Peugeot bicycle from the 1970s or early 1980s at the latest. Condition appears to be as brand new. They were nice riding bikes still completely functional.
Thanks TFG! It's a PH10L from 1984, and it has a bump or two + a touch of rust. But, it sure is fast! I'm still working on it-drivetrain & friction shifters are now Suntour & brakes, levers will be Diacompe.;..
